Seven Devils Residents Speak Out Concerning Possible Eminent Domain Action on Former Hawksnest Golf Course
A group of Seven Devils property owners called the Seven Devils Community Association wants the town to obtain and reopen the Hawksnest golf course. At a special public meeting of the Seven Devils Town Council on Monday night, the group presented two options for obtaining the property: taking the course through eminent domain or creating a syndicate to purchase the course using arbitration to establish a fair market value.
