West Side Story Comes to Lees-McRae
Lees-McRae Summer Theatre will present
thecritically acclaimed musical West Side Story from Wednesday, August 1 to Monday, August 6 in the Hayes Auditorium at LMC. West Side Story is an energetic, widely acclaimed, modern-day, loose re-telling of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet tragedy of feuding families set in the upper west side of New York City in the late 1950s with conflict between rival street gangs rather than families.
