The unique yoga classes that Joanne Williams has been teaching in Boone for the past 30 years are winding down. They will conclude with an open house on her last day of teaching in the High Country. Williams is to move to Canada, where she will marry Canadian architect Murray Arnott.
Williams will teach on Thursday, April 3, at 9:30 a.m. and 5:20 p.m. and on Friday, April 4, at 9:30 a.m.
She will have no classes from April 5 to April 20 inclusive.
Williams’ last week of teaching here starts again on Monday, April 21, and ends on Saturday, April 26.
She will teach every morning at 9:30 on those days and hold evening classes on the Monday and Thursday at 5:20.
The open house starts at the end of her last class at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 26, and continues until 3:00 p.m.
