High Country Water Media Society Accepting Grant Applications
Application Deadline Is March 15
The High Country Water Media Society Endowment, a member of the Watauga County Community Foundation and an affiliate of the North Carolina Community Foundation, is offering grants in spring 2009. The society invites proposals from organizations that support the arts in the High Country. The total amount available in 2009 is $500.
Grant proposals are due on or before Sunday, March 15. Proposals must be postmarked or received in hand by 5:00 p.m. on this date.
The grant review committee will consider eligible proposals and determine grant awards. Proposals may be awarded in full or in part, awarded with contingencies or decline. Grant recipients will be informed of the grant review committee’s decision by April 15.
