FEATURE PHOTO—Local Builder Receives Designation
Matt Vincent of Vincent Properties Construction, Inc. and member of the High Country Home Builders Association has completed 72 hours of course work to meet the requirements for the Accredited Builder designation, administered by North Carolina Home Builders Institute. During this intensive series of course work, students learn about the newest trends and technology in the building industry. Matt Vincent and his father Jay, of Vincent Properties, founded Vincent Properties Construction Inc., a full-service residential construction company specializing in unique custom and “spec” homes. Matt has been the driving force behind Vincent Properties Construction, participating in the North Carolina’s Healthy Built Homes Program, a statewide green building program, and being an Energy Star Partner.
