Mountain Décor Store Donates Entire Inventory

High Country Health Care System Hospice will hold its first fundraiser of the year at the Mountain Décor & Gifts store located at 724 West King Street in downtown Boone. All merchandise in the store will be 50 to 60 percent off regular price, with all proceeds benefiting High Country Hospice.
The sale will take place Friday and Saturday, February 13 and 14, and the next weekend, Friday and Saturday, February 20 and 21 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Candice Cook, marketer for High Country Hospice, said the inventory includes lots of Valentine’s Day gifts, home décor, luxury bedding and much more for sale. “All money raised during the Hospice Benefit Sale will go toward providing Hospice services,” she said.
Lynne and Joe Hutelmyer donated the store inventory to Hospice after deciding to close the store at the beginning of the year. Stacy Eggers IV has donated the store space to High Country Hospice through February.
