Feature Photo—Hospitality House Receives Donation From RaysWeather.com
On Monday, March 30, Ray Russell of RaysWeather.com presented a check for nearly $2,500 to Hospitality House of Boone’s Executive Director Lynne Mason and Director of Development Jill Landers. According to Russell, $2 from the sale of every RaysWeather.com 2009 calendar was set aside for the Hospitality House. Mason and Landers were extremely grateful for Russell’s contribution to the nonprofit.
“I think homelessness is a much bigger issue than people realize,” said Mason. “It just touches more lives than people realize.”
