North Carolina High Country Vacation Planner Now Available
The 2009 mountain vacation planner for the North Carolina High Country is now available.
This is the 17th year for the guide, produced and distributed free of charge by High Country Host. It contains a variety of vacation activities and lodging options for visitors to the High Country, which is anchored by the popular towns of Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Linville, North Wilkesboro, Sparta, Valle Crucis, West Jefferson and Beech Mountain.
The 56-page, full-color planner covers outdoor adventure, arts and crafts, heritage trails, regional cuisine, events and activities, autumn leaf-looking and the High Country’s winter transformation into the ski capital of the South.
