Shoppers flocked to the store on is opening day, purchasing 399 items and netting $3,780 to benefit the operations of the Avery Humane Society Shelter. Store Manager Caroline Fischer said the trucks will return to the warehouse this week so that the shop will be filled with new merchandise when opens for business again on Thursday.
