From now until September, a group of singers from the ASU Hayes School of Music will delight churchgoers as Resident Musical Artists at Blowing Rock Methodist Church. Pictured are, from left to right, David Clark, Torrey Slack, Tara Nixon, Kate Edhal and Craig Brown. The group will sing each Sunday as part of the church choir. The church services begin at 10:30 a.m. each Sunday with a traditional hymn sing, followed by a formal worship service at 11:00 a.m. The historic church on South Main Street in Blowing Rock held its first service of the season on June 7.
