Watauga Pioneer ONE Team Football Camp July 27 to 30

The 2nd annual Watauga Pioneer ONE Team Football Camp will take place from Monday, July 27, through Thursday, July 30, at Watauga High School’s Jack Groce Stadium.
The registration fee is $50 per camper if preregistered and $60 for on site registration. To preregister, call Tim Pruitt at 336-262-4708 by Friday, July 24.
For rising first through sixth graders, the camp takes place from 9:00 a.m. to noon, and for rising seventh and eighth graders, the camp takes place from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.
The camp staff includes WHS Football Head Coach Tim Pruitt, Watauga High School Football staff and 2007 Shrine Bowl player Eric Breitenstein.
Players will receive instruction in all aspects of football, including passing, rushing, receiving, line-play, blocking and pass and run defense. Each camper will receive a t-shirt at the end of camp. The camp is non-contact. Each camper is to bring tennis shoes (in case of rain), cleats (not required), shorts and t-shirt. Organizers highly recommend sun block be applied before campers start camp daily. Water will be provided, and if player bring snacks or drinks it is their responsibility to keep up with these items.
