7/16 The Harris Brothers
Natives of Caldwell County, The Harris Brothers have been picking and singing since they were small children. Reggie and Ryan are what you might call songsters and can draw from a vast repertoire of songs and styles. Americana is a description often used these days, but The Harris Brothers just call it music. It’s blues crossed up with traditional Appalachian music, jazz, country and rock. The Harris Brothers most often perform with just an acoustic guitar, a bass and a suitcase used as a kick drum, switching between lead and harmony vocals.
This week’s concert is sponsored by Little Main Street Inn & Suites.

Their harmonies, original songs and original arrangements of old gospel songs have been immensely popular with their audiences. Fans love their family-style entertainment as well. As the family continues to grow, they are writing more of their own music and coming into a style all of their own. They love to sing and they love the Lord. Their family ties are strong, and the warmth of that is conveyed in their performances.
