Reserved Seats Still Available for September 12 Home Opener
Football fans hoping to snag reserved seats for ASU home football games this season might want to hurry and order tickets.
There are still reserved seats available for the home opener—September 12 against McNeese State—but not for the Georgia Southern game on October 24, said ASU Athletic Tickets Manager Steve White.
White said that there are still plenty of tickets for grass seating available for all home games.
“We’ve been busy and active in the last couple of weeks with the phones ringing constantly,” he said.
Tickets for the season opener on Saturday, September 5, at East Carolina University are sold out. Fans can still get tickets, though, as there are plenty for sale on StubHub.com with prices ranging from $93 to $279, as of press time.
ASU’s first four home games are selling well, White said, but tickets for the November games are readily available.
Last season, reserved seats for all home games were sold out prior to the season starting. White said he didn’t expect that to happen this year.
No matter, there will be plenty of football fans in Boone this year to see the Mountaineers in action.
“We had a great year at the gate last year and we anticipate, based off the trends and the interest that is out there, that we’ll have another one that’s right on par [to last year],” said David Jackson, assistant athletic director for public affairs.
