Welcome to the Highest Clubhouse East of the Rockies at Sunalei Preserve

Last Friday, October 16, Sunalei Preserve hosted an open house at the new Sunalei Preserve Clubhouse, which at 5,020 feet is heralded as the highest clubhouse east of the Rocky Mountains. In addition to showcasing the new clubhouse—which is only accessible to Sunalei Preserve homeowners—the open house also included an announcement that Sunalei Preserve, High Country Conservancy and Elk Knob State Park now share the original 1,000 acres that encompassed Sunalei. Recently, Sunalei Preserve sold or donated approximately 325 acres of its original development to the two conservation entities, creating a partnership that will ensure that Sunalei Preserve homeowners can access untouched nature in their backyard for generations to come.
