Hypnotist Jim Wand at Farthing Auditorium February 5
For a night of comedy and good-natured on-stage pranks, be at Farthing Auditorium on Friday, February 5, at 8:00 p.m. for a performance by hypnotist Jim Wand.
The popular hypnotist Jim Wand returns to the ASU campus for a performance at Farthing Auditorium on Friday, February 5, at 8:00 p.m. Admission is free.
The Appalachian Popular Programming Society (A.P.P.S.) presents the show. Wand’s shows—which combine on-stage hypnotism and comedy—have been very successful at ASU, where he performs at least once a year. Wand last performed at ASU in October 2009 as part of Homecoming Weekend.
“On all college campuses, a hypnotist show with your fellow students being on stage and doing funny things is a hit,” said Randy Kelly, program advisor for the Department of Student Programs. “It has been and continues to be very, very popular.”
Wand has appeared on numerous TV programs, including a national FOX special titled “WOW,” “The Sally Show” and “The Judge Joe Brown Show.” Viewers have also seen him on the Discovery Channel, Comedy Central and on FOX, ABC, NBC and CBS.
“It always is a big house full of people,” said Kelly—so get there early to get a good seat. The doors open at 7:00 p.m.
