Although the new location is just half a mile closer to Boone from the old location, the 3,000 square feet store has many advantages over the old store.
“We’re able to display a lot more of our products,” said Chanda Schwartz, manager of the Boone Superior Spas store. “[The new location] is a lot larger and nicer.”
Superior Spas is a five-star Jacuzzi dealer that sells a wide variety of products including hot tubs, billiard tables, tanning beds, grills, spa accessories and chemicals for pools and hot tubs.
“We’re excited to bring a larger variety of top-of-the-line hot tub, billiard and grill products to the area, so that the people of the High Country can create and enjoy their own relaxing oasis,” Schwartz said.
“Customer service is an important part of our business, and our staff is a professional, knowledgeable group of people who strive to keep our customers happy,” said Karen McCaskill, owner of Superior Spas.
Having products that are high quality and made in America is important to McCaskill. “Our product is high end and has a great warranty on it,” McCaskill said. Superior Spas sells Jacuzzis that are manufactured in California, tanning beds from Florida and billiard tables from Arizona.
Superior Spas will hold a grand opening celebration at the new store, located at 4090 Highway 105 south in Boone this Friday and Saturday, July 30 and July 31, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day. The grand opening will feature door prizes, live grilling demonstrations and factory representatives from Jacuzzi and Big Green Egg.
