Feature Photo: Art To Honor Parkway’s 75th
Artists whose work was selected to hang in the Boone Town Council Chambers in celebration of the Blue Ridge Parkway’s 75th anniversary were recognized at an August 19 Town Council meeting.
The Watauga Arts Council solicited entries for a visual arts competition for works related to the Blue Ridge Parkway earlier this summer. Works were selected to hang in the Town Council Chambers as well as in the Jones House Community Center.
